While following a diversion coming home this afternoon I dropped the
bike. Not too much damage: a broken brake pedal and some minor engine scratching, didn't even break any levers this time. Still quite rideable. The cause was slightly unusual though, I had run over a Janitor sized bunch of keys when about to turn right and locked the front wheel up. I did better than the proximate cause of the accident though, a motorcyclist who had rear ended a flat bed lorry at what looked like quite a reasonable speed. -- Mo GSR600 |

We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember Mo <mo.childs@gmail.com> saying something like: >While following a diversion coming home this afternoon I dropped the >bike. You should have been following something more interesting. Boredom is a killer. -- Dave GS850x2 XS650 SE6a Teach a man to fish and he and his pikey mates will have the river cleaned out in a day. |
