"Carbon Allowance Reduction System (CARS)"

That's a pretty lame 'backronym'.

He's a knob. Plus it's his homepage, but the piece is written as though
it's a report in a quality newspaper, to con people into thinking it carries
more weight than it does. He can "call for" anything he likes, just like I
can "call for" walk-in blowjob kiosks in every town in Britain. Doesn't
mean he's going to get it.

"Eels are mainly nocturnal spending much of the day resting in dark holes
under tree roots and bridges."

A bit like Chas then.

Well in light of the possibility that in the future cars will be equipped
with GPS trackers which will report speed to big brother, is there any need
for cars to go over the prescribed speed limit?

Doesn't this rather depend on who is doing the blowing?
